Quit4good, first off welcome to the best decision of your life. I am going to nitpick your intro and be a tad blunt. But first things first.............
1. KTC is an amazing community of quitters and is full of great guys/gals with TONS of knowledge on how to quit. The recipe for success is a simple one. Post your daily promise to not use nicotine! ( We call that posting roll). You post roll every single day as soon as you wake up to promise all of us that you will not use nicotine for 24 hrs. You are in the January '18 Pre HOF group so you'll need to get over there and post your promise as soon as you can.
