Troy there are hundreds of things to tell you about this site but I am going to keep it simple because quitting is simple, not easy but simple.

Here is how it works: Wake up; post roll; keep your promise for the day; repeat.

Early on a group of newbies can seem really fucked up....that's because it is but that is normal. Don't let it disuade you from your primary objective - not using nicotine for the next 24 hours. Need anything just let me know. - Show (Terry)
