Hi my name is Josh
I have been either smokeing or dipping for four years of my life  now. Its apart of everything i do.
I am completely addicted and i no if i don't quit its going to kill me, and the longer i wait the harder its going to be. So lets do this.

Good decision.   You're a lot smarter than me..it took me almost 30 years to decide to quit.....I've been giving my word and quitting today...501 times in a row as of today.

Get involved.   Post Roll first thing in the morning and keep your word for today.   Get to know your quit brothers.  You need help ask, you get asked for help, give it.

Everyone here has been where you are...we get it.  

Involvement, Accountability and Integrity........These are your foundation for quit.

I wish I had enough sense to know that I was headed down the wrong path when I started....It only took me 17 years to figure it out. The road you're on now isn't always easy but their is a strong group of brothers here that are more than willing to pick you up when you stumble along your way. They might give you a jab or two when the time presents iteself, but they are always here. I wish I had joined sooner....it would have made the first couple of days a little easier knowing that there were others out there going through the same shit I was.

I'll be looking for you to post each day...don't let us down but more importantly, don't let yourself down....you can do it!
