Hey ya'll.  I am getting through my day 7 and closing in on 1 week nic free.  The first few days were rough, as expected, but having this community I could come to was instrumental in getting through.  I've learned a lot, learned to be honest with myself and I sincerely appreciate each and everyone of you.  Here is to week 1 of the rest of my nic free life!
Congrats on your first week of freedom. Keep stacking up the + 1's! 'oh yeah'
Very nice copper. ODAAT.

I appreciate it! And the Super Troopers thing, well, you're exactly right! First day was a rough, it included a road trip of all things, but I made it! Onward and upward!

One day at a time. This is a saying used around here. Beside posting roll each day, ODAAT is an important mindset to have early in your quit. One of my quit brothers posted " ODAAT-NAFAR" almost every day during the first 100 days of his quit. His outlook rubbed off on me in a good way. Dig around and find out what NAFAR means.

Sounds like you are ready to stick around and put this addiction behind you. I'm quit with you today.

Welcome to the best decision of your life .....as others have said, post roll every damn day, keep your promise not to use nicotine in any form, wake up the next day and repeat. Don't worry about Tomorrow around here we quit one day at a time! After 25 years of dipping I'm proof that it can be done, and this is the place to do it. String is right. Post roll EDD and keep your word. Slap the cuffs on this nic bitch and drag her ass to the state pin and slam that cage. Your free now, lock the nicotine up and shove the key up obamas ass. Welcome to freedom bro
