Congrats on the quit my brother.
You have made the right choice but in a few days, you might think differently....and ignore the Nic Bitch, she will try to win you back, but don't listen to her, she's just a Nic Bitch.
I quit with you today.

On Wednesday March 23rd, I woke up and i realized i am 41 today, i have been chewing copenhagen for over 20 years. I said to myself I QUIT, i havent had a chew in three days and am doing pretty good, the cravings are there after each meal, I have been reading posts for the last two days and decided today to jump in. It helps to see there are others in the same boat.
Head on over to the June Platoon. We're proud to be quit with you!

I chewed tobacco for 38 years, so now is a good a time as any.

Hey KC. Similar boat here for me. I never really thought of it as an addiction. Not like smoking anyhow, which I did for years too.

I really never thought that dip would be a problem for me.
