It's great that you are here, but why don't you come back and give us a little more background on you and your addiction?

For an intro like yours, you get this assistance from me: post roll.

Half ass for half ass.

But in all seriousness, it's good that you're here. Once you can come back and put together a decent introduction, go to the Welcome Center and read everything in there. This tells you all about KTC, what we do, how to do it, and why it works. It is your Quit Bible. Read it, know it, and remember it.

When you've done this, head to the Quit Groups area of the forum and find what quit group you belong to, since I can't tell from your "introduction". Upon finding your group, post roll for the day. It's that simple. Tomorrow, wake up and repeat. We quit one day at a time.

If you really want to be successful, and I pray to God that you do- Redo your introduction, post roll with half a heart, live by the Welcome Center, FORMULATE A QUIT PLAN, join Live Chat, and make relationships with quitters to get phone numbers. Read on this site like it's actually fun to read. The strength of your quit is DIRECTLY related to how much you invest yourself here.

If you have any questions or comments, please don't hesitate to PM me.

Welcome to your quit.
I agree with coach, this quit needs to be 100% yours. Your family will support, but ultimately you must be strong enough to quit only for yourself. If for no other reason than to not blame them when things are tough.
Read everything in the welcome, post roll each day in your quit group (guessing June depending on quit day start).
Shoot me a message if you want to talk.
Fish, eat, sleep. Repeat.

First off, welcome. Second, you really need to do a better job of introducing yourself there, bub. That might sound stupid, but you are only going to get out of this site what you put into it...if you aren't ready to buy in, be an active member of this site and really put forth some effort, you will not succeed here...

And, a piece of advice - from a man who certainly knows and understands the importance of the next statement - you need to focus on making this quit about YOU.
Blah...Blah...Blah...You keep TALKIN....I'll keep QUITTIN

I'm not here to make friends, I'm here to support YOUR quit.
