RLB - Hang in there man! It can be done! This is my second time
at quitting..... the first time I quit cold turkey.... stayed off this crap for 14 years.. never
looked back...( until I took that first dip for the second time). this time, not as easy as the first time quitting, but we'll make it... no doubts!!! L.

Well, today was my first day back to work after a long weekend, and my second day
of being dip free in over 5 years. I'm in the Army and work on a close knit team
of 12, of which 8 other tm members dip copenhagen ( my preferred dip ).
After today I realized it's time to man up and post roll. I'm not going to be able to fight
this demon by myself. Any comments, thoughts, suggestions would be appreciated...

Thanks..... L
