27 days and rockin' it! Ok, now its' time to hold up your end of the bargain because like the beer here, our Oregon quits are badass. Applejax and Luby are down the road in Salem and Eugene respectively and I'm like a stones throw from you in Canby. What that means is that you will not cave. Ever. it just won't happen because you gave your word and will keep it. You have integrity and are a badass.

Let's do this! I"m just down the road if you need anything at all and looking forward to catching up with you at the wild hare.

Great decision Colt. No one ever regrets quitting. Post roll early and honor your word. That's the secret sauce of quit

I am on Day 2. Not feeling much yet. Maybe a little anxious, but i will chalk that up to being excited to quit. Little nervous, some of the post make it seem a little scary and i don't think i get scared easy. So here we go!
Welcome, it will take a week to start feeling better, drink a lot of water, and exercise.
the anxiety sticks around a while. read up and post roll
