The way this site works is that you are assigned a Quit Group based on your quit date, so every one in your quit group are all within 30 days of the same quit date. You are all going through about the same stage at the same time. You post roll in your quit group early in the morning, every single morning (weekends, holidays, birthdays, sick days).

Get to know the guys in your Quit Group, and exchange digits (phone numbers) with a few of them. They will be your rock as you go through the trials and tribulations of your quit.
