Welcome aboard Mike, pm coming soon

Welcome. You have found the right place for support in your quit.

The way this site works is that you are assigned a Quit Group based on your quit date, so every one in your quit group are all within 30 days of the same quit date. You are all going through about the same stage at the same time. You post roll in your quit group early in the morning, every single morning (weekends, holidays, birthdays, sick days).

Here is some background on posting roll. And here is a link to your Quit Group.

Get to know the guys in your Quit Group, and exchange digits (phone numbers) with a few of them. They will be your rock as you go through the trials and tribulations of your quit.

You'll get out of this site what you put in to it.

20 +year chewer, tired of hiding it from my wife and kid. Time to quit, threw a partial can out and got nicotine free Smokey Mountain Chew, let the fun of quitting begin. Sad point is I quit for 5yrs before, got a little drunk bought a can and thought no big deal, THAT WAS 12 YRS AGO!!!!
