Take it one day at a time. I took that approach 377 days ago and it is still working.

I am also from Louisiana---don't let the state down :)

Congrats Wes! Takes time to get used to the humor from these nic deprived addicts. This process doesn't have to be all painful. Sick humor, nic rage and being a prick can fun. Would be glad to share #'s pm me.

Keep with the program and you can't go wrong bro. One day at a time. Start it off with a "fuck you" to the nic bitch and set the table right for the day.

Hey guys! I've been around here for a few days and have been posting roll in the august HOF but, I have yet to introduce myself.

My name is Wes, I am a 22 year old college student from Louisiana. I've been dipping since I was 16, and have been quit for 3 days this time around. This quit is just one of several changes that have been made in my life recently. Life recently has been tough but I'm constantly reminded of my many blessings and encouraged to keep my head up.

Love to hear from you guys and if I could be of any help don't hesitate to contact me on here, twitter- @rangersfan111, or through an exchange of numbers. Wanted to say thanks overall to the level of understanding, helpfulness, and respect that has been shown to me throughout this process. Everyone has been a class act and for that I truly thank you!
Three days is huge ! Glad you are here. Now make sure you have a plan for this weekend. I would avoid the "normal" things you used to do and certainly avoid booze this weekend !!

I would suggest staying indoors and reading everything you can on this site. I lived on the site for a long time. It keeps your mind busy. Make sure you have some numbers ready for the weekend.

WELCOME!!

Stay Quit
Greg
