We quit 1 day at a time here. We do it by posting roll.

Here is why we post roll: index.php?showtopic=120

Here is how we post roll: index.php?showtopic=50

Here is where you post roll. index.php?showtopic=5397

If you make quitting your number one priority you can break this addiction. We create freedom 1 day at a time.

Way to quit man! The first two days were rough, but for me things started getting MUCH easier after that. Every day becomes easier as you transform your mindset from "quitting" to "quit." You are here, so you are quit. Every day you way up and make staying quit your No. 1 priority. EVERY DAY. Tell the nic bitch she's no longer a part of your life and turn your back on her like a whoring ex girlfriend. You're taking your life back one day at a time.

You will do this if you really want it. Spend as much time on this site as you can and you'll find the support and relief that you need to get you for these first few days and beyond.

You own your life, man. Don't give your freedom away to billionaire tobacco executives who give two shits if your face rots off. They're selling you poison for profit and you have the power to tell them to go fuck off. Do it. Every day.

Way to go on the quit. Proud to be quittin' with you in February group.

It's good to be quit!

THe first few day will be difficult. But you can do it. It is not impossible and you are not weak.

Just post roll first thing every day. This is your committment to yourself and your word to us that you will not use any form of nicotine for that day. Keep you word and repeat tomorrow.

Good to hear backshift. Hang in there and remember what you told yourself this morning - you will NOT chew.

Come tomorrow, when you decide to quit again, you come back here first thing in the morning, find your respective quit list and post roll. It's my new routine, I don't even piss first in the morning anymore.

Should you have any questions or be unfamiliar with the process here, the top left of your browser where it says "Welcome Center" in pink will be your savior. That, and there's also a whole boat load of quitters here who'd be more than happy to help you out.

First Day almost in the books

Today Oct 31 is my first day to quit. It has been hard and I think I am about to go crazy for a dip, but I am determined this time to stick it out.
