Those thoughts are normal. Don't worry about this summer, chief. Worry about today. Just be quit today. Tomorrow is another day - not a concern now. Just quit for right now. Here's a secret. By the time that camping trip rolls around you wont be craving chew. True. It's gonna be good, boss. Believe it.
...when you are suffering on some gnarly hillclimb, clinging onto the wheel in front of you for dear life, pray you don't get dropped.

Coletrain go to community the quit groups then May2010. If you get to the group post someone will help you get it right don't worry about it just stay quit it will get it all worked out.
You can post rants in your quit group. In fact, you are encouraged to do so for several reasons but mostly because everyone can learn from it. You will also find get your bitch on in the wildcard section of the site. Finally, if it is a matter of bitching at someone close to you - don't. PM me and bitch all you want to. Hell, call me and yell at me. I understand what you are going through and will not take offense to you calling me names or casting other aspersions.

hello everyone, chewed for the last 16 years. am now coming to the end of day 2. never gone that long without it. today i found myself thinking of camping this summer and how much i will miss chew. thats bad, i know, but the thoughts just keep on popping into my head. i have to say that the info on this site and talking with its members has helped alot, thankyou.
welcome to your best decision. It may seem obvious but it is easy to forget - just quit for today and let tomorrow take care of itself. Remember, there is nothing that says you "can't" chew. You could always chew if you want to but hopefully you have come to that point where you simply have had enough and you don't "want" to chew.

Every day, wake up, saunter over to your May group and make a promise to goochy, mordecai, manbearpig, slomoe, and all of the others that you won't chew today. This promise, and the promise they make to you is what will keep you quit if you are someone who honors your word and takes it very seriously.

I would now send you over to the welcom page so you now how to post roll but I'll be if you don't already seem to have that down. If you need anything just ask, I'll do what I can for you. Otherwise, explore this site. There is a lot of wisdom on this site and a lot of funny shit to distract you from the craves. Good quittin' coletrain.
Hold on tight Coletrain the next couple days will be hard. I dipped for 38+ yrs trust me camping will be better without dip you don't have to worry about running out heck with the money saved take steak along instead of hot dogs. As Show stated we quit day by day hour by hour minute by minute decision by decision. Just do whatever it takes to keep from dipping. After you get through the next couple days it will be a mind game read everything you can on this site we have been there done that there is help every where just ask. Just know there is no luck in quitting you just do it make the decision I am done post up and keep your word.
