Welcome to KTC. I dipped Cope for 18 years, in my thirties and have a similar story. I've been quit now 34 days and this site is one of the best things I've ever found on the internet.

Today was the first day I have went without dip in about 5 years. My name is Bryce and I have been dipping for about 14 years. IÃ,’m 31 now and quit for about a month in the past. I have been dipping heavy since my college football days, then over the last 5 years IÃ,’ve been a can a day guy.
IÃ,’m tired of this bullshit ruling over my life.
