If I'm able to I hope on here if I get a small crave (like right now) if I'm not able to get online I pound some water and imagine myself dropping my kids off at school in a few years with 1/2 a face (best case scenario) and what that would do to them.

Day two, after 21 years, break out the 'party2' champagne...

Your diet sounds great, but what happens when you are driving through a storm, stressed out and behind schedule and the nic bitch whispers in your ear, just one to keep me awake and focused through the storm...

We post roll here everyday, the accountability and our promise is the recipe for success here. Texting a KTC member or getting on the website for 5 minutes can be the difference from a quit to a stop.

Butter coffee tastes great but jacks up my throat. I eat keto but drink coffee black. I like a drink called KOIOS that has my daily MCT in it. I also use ONNIT Alpha Brain and New Mood for my brain function and stress relief. Eating clean and training dirty have made my quit much easier for sure. Exercise relieves a ton of stress and anxiety.

I've drank bulletproof for years. I've also been quit for years. Both are huge improvements in my life... one didn't, for me, correlate to the other, but both are huge to my happiness.

Ok,my name is mark.im a long haul truckdriver.i use to be 5'11, now im 5'10".i have been dipping copenhagen since 1995.two months ago I started doing a high fat low carb ketogenic diet where im drinking butter and coconut oil with my coffee.this has help me detox my body from sugar,grains,bread and carbs.ive already lost 30lbs,im down to 190lbs.im also on day two quiting copenhagen with no withdrawl effects so far.just wondering if any people that quiting copenhagen are also doing ketogenic diet.
