Congrats on quitting for nine days.

I do not see you on todays roll call. You will post roll call in the May 2012 quit group here.

These are the guys that have quit the same time as you and are going through the same struggle. Get to know your quit brothers/sisters, exhange phone numbers with them, and post roll call daily.

Congrats on making the best decision of your life!

You will be in the May 2012 Quit Group. Click on the "Welcome Center" link near the top of the page. Read why we post and how to post roll.

Proceed to your quit group and post roll. If you read this and post tonight, post Day 9. If you don't see this until tomorrow, post Day 10. Post first thing in the a.m. Your post is your promise to us that you are quit for the day.

After you post roll read Words of Wisdom. I also recommend reading the Kern story. You should read as much as you can on this site.

Welcome to KTC! PM me if I can be of help. May 2012 is looking forward to your 1st roll posting.

Day 9

Hello all today is day 9 for me. It has not been that bad. I was a 2 plus cans of skoal per day. I still have not joined a quit group but would like to.
My name is Scott and I live on Long Island New York. I think joining a group would be a good way to ensure long term success .
I am married with 3 young boys . :rolleyes:
