Day 11 here. I think I made my first 3 days as miserable as possible on purpose. i.e. drinking and partying (new years eve was my day 3). If I could power through that, i knew the rest would be cake, but during the day had to keep busy, to keep my mind off of it.
Keep yourself occupied, boredom will kill you(I had tried to quit before, and that was always my undoing, this time I wasnt going to let it be). Go to the mall, go to the grocery store, do anything that keeps you busy, anything that isnt you just hanging out alone with your thoughts, where all you think about is poppin in a dip. Basically anything that physically stimulates you, take a walk, go run, do pushups, that kinda crap will pull your mind away from it.
