Day 15 .. had a crazy dream I murdered some one over the weekend. Did some research and it said could mean saying good bye to an old habit. I like that anyone else have similar dreams?
Haven't seen you post roll yet. Hope your quit is strong.

Oh my bad o'mighty budda of the chewing world. Do you honestly believe everyone is the same . Some people do have more will power than others. I didn't join this site to be harassed by someone who thinks he knows everything  I was just looking for a little support from others but I can see this isn't the site for me. Also its day 10 I don't even feel like ive ever even chewed before. Of course according to you I cant possibly feel that way! Later.
When it comes to this addiction yes, we are all the same weak willed addicts. To think otherwise is not only foolish it is dangerous. Your quit is going well, good for you. I can promise there will be bad days ahead, willpower or not.

We ask all new quitters to post daily, for support but also so your group does not wonder where you are, Accountability. You say you want support, there is more here than you will ever find anywhere else you have to ask for it, Brotherhood. Post roll daily and you will be quit, Success.

Pretty simple really...

You are no different than the rest of us.... Stop trying to prove you are.

STAY QUIT
Greg
You have planned cave written on your forehead.

Everyone can see it but you.

Step back and take a look.
Bushman, (can I call you beaver?)

Time and again, someone comes in and kicks against the pricks. I don't get it. Posting roll works.

"I came here for support".

No shit? Don't you think that is why we all came her? What are you willing to give for that support?

1. Brotherhood okay let's not argue if you need to post roll. I need to. Why wouldn't you post roll to support me? Saying, "mark, I quit with you and you can survive today. I support my brothers because they support me. United we win every day. If you don't post, you want me there for you but will you be ther for me? Short version, posting roll isn't just for your good, it's for our good. Just do it.

2. Membership any group usually collects dues to make it function. This site is free so I think our dues are following the vets, and sticking to the plan and requirements of the site.

3. Quit you are at 10 days. Your comments are either cave talk, selfish or a lazy quitter.

Eric will go into his first funk but battle through it. When he comes out of it, tobacco better run and hide because he will thirst to slay the nic bitch. If you don't reconsider, I doubt you will make it to 30 days let alone the Hall of Fame!

I hope I am wrong but when it comes to quit, don't make the mistake of leaving it to beaver.

Real fucking simple here bush,

1. We pay it forward around here
2. The site is not here just to support you. Door swings both ways
3. Follow protocol and heed the advice of the vets
4. Jump out of my foxhole cause with support like yours, I need more ammo.

If you have a pair, you'll continue to post roll and be part of Oct12.

If not, you'll fucking cave and not have the integrity to admit your mistake; we won't hear from you again.

By the way, don't even begin to think you know and understand who people are around here until you spend the time getting to know them. Don't fucking assume you have more willpower than someone else. You should have checked your ego at the door if you were in fact serious about your quit to begin with. Lucky I don't look your ass up and hunt you down for a comment like that.
Good Luck with your quit. We will still be here when you cave and come asking for help. And we will attempt again to help you, although you have not proven yourself worthy up to this point.

This site is about Brothers and Sisters pledging to one another that we will not use for today, and then keeping that promise. If quitting is that easy for you, then you don't need us or the site. However, I am quite certain that if you leave KTC, you will not be quit for long. So put on your big girl panties, post roll and support other quitters. Whether you need it today or not. I promise, there will come a day when you will.

Day 8 and doin great
And yet you have three posts.

Why are you here?
BAM!!! You better post, the vet just told you what is going to happen. You feel great on day 8

Keep posting because you are still in hell. You need to post, get support and prepare for the funks. Dead man walking if he doesn't get posting roll every damn day! Newbies, I have been here long enough.

If you don't post roll every day, your likelihood of really quiting goes way down. Don't risk it. If this quit is it. If you are done. Posting roll 100percent is key! The ratio of cavers that cave after posting is next to nill.

Just read caving confessions...I was good, stop posting roll and caved.

Is your quit important enough to post roll every day? Do it!
You need to spend some time reading about the highs and lows of the quit. There are many who have had to come back here eating crow because they discounted the seriousness of their quit.

"Day 8 is easy" well, so is one fucking slip up if you don't plan and prepare accordingly.

Never forget you are an addict and your mind will do anything in its power to make you believe you are over the elementary task of posting roll because "you got this, it's easy".

Wrong mindset brother! October 12 is QLAFM (Quit Like A Fucking Madman)so pull up your boots, unbuckle your holsters, and let's let the bitch have it!

See you at roll.

Just starting day three , I hope its better than day 2 I made the mistake of blowing up on my wife now I'll be paying for that one for the next few days. I'm still reaching for my chew almost unconsciously , then I realize I quit.
Bushman I'm in the same situation. I'm on day 3 and I am still reaching for my pockets without even thinking about it. The cravings go away quickly though. You just have to take each one at a time. I'm retraining my mind to grab gum or sunflower seeds when I have the craving. Keep Quit bro, I'm here quitting with you.
that reflex was obnoxious, but it goes away. At one point I had been quit for over a year and got rear ended " insert gay joke here" . As I walked back to get the other drivers info and talk to the cops I reached for my can. Takes a long time to undo a lifetime of addiction.

Good news is that will all go away in time. You'll be amazed how much easier this gets. Hang tough and ride it out, it's worth it
