I see where you posted. Good job! Posting roll is the most important thing.

Tomorrow do the same thing, but move your promise up into the new quitters section. You posted today in the supporters section. You did much better for your first time posting roll than I did.

Looked at the site weeks ago. Did not want to join until I could actually start quitting. I have used Cope and Grizzly Snuff for 30 years, quit 43 days ago, thanks to the website and Chattahoochee Herbal Snuff (Classic and Spitfire.)
Withdrawal has made me want to 'bang head' , but I have not caved in yet.

Anyway, good to be here.
