You won't be charged one red cent to use the resource here at KTC. There is, however a cost of admission. The cost of admission is posting roll daily.

Don't think of daily participation as a chore. It's the basis of your quit. And, it opens up the full resources of the community.

Try this - post roll in the pre HOF July '16 group for one week, seven days in a row. If, at the end of the week you don't see the value of daily participation, send me a PM, and we'll talk.

Addiction in itself is a tricky mistress. Addiction to Nic is a total B. This isn't about will power. If it was about will power then we all would have quit a long time ago. It is the addiction speaking to us. When we put it down, it is common to have jaw pain. Now, that makes no sense what so ever. We put the dip in and within a short amount of time our jaws no longer hurt. Hmm. That is the addiction speaking to us. We here at KTC quit daily. We don't promise tomorrow because we can't control tomorrow and tomorrow isn't even promised to us. Sometimes it is a minute to minute fight. So, knowing what you know about this drug, this B of a mistress. This small 2 ounce can that has ruled our life for so long. Dont you think it would be a good idea to have a few THOUSAND friends in your corner, daily, fighting with you? Doesn't that make sense? We have the tools to help you beat this B. You have to be a part of the brother (and sister) hood to get those tools. Flush that snuff and Kill The Can with us.

It dominates my life at the moment. I'm sure it gets easier, but its not so easy now. I'm 36 and have been chewing for over half my life now. For the past 5 years or so its been snus, the Swedish kind. My wife is Swedish and it was more acceptable that spit bottles. But since I switched I went from dipping 5 times a day to snusing non-stop. It's made quitting really hard. I can't hold a thought in my head, I'm having cold sweats, I swear I am going insane.

But I won't stop quitting. I'm not worried about the health stuff regarding Snus. It seems pretty benign. When you are addicted to something it changes who you are and how you view yourself. I just need to be free from needing. I hope that makes sense. Ok, I'm not sure if I will be here frequently or not. I just needed to find a place to say that stuff. For everyone that is on a similar path, keep on keeping on.
