500 is crazy, can't think that far ahead. I think of those boys in the family picture of yours, those boys who won't learn to chew tobacco from their father.
That's a powerful testimony Justin. So very pleased our paths crossed in this life!

Hey I'm was lookin at your intro we're the same age I'm on bp meds and have high cholesterol no meds for cholesterol. Just thought that was crazy its some of the biggest reason for me to quit was to be healthier. Don't think my bp has improved all that much not real sure something you could have your doc look into not sure why docs don't is hormone level all cholesterol turns into hormones. So high cholesterol could be its not turning into hormones like it should my doc is workin that now. Thought I would throw that out there I've done a huge amount of research on it and hope to lower my own cholesterol without drugs if I can do it. Late congrats on 200 see ya around

Man I'm proud of you. You keep on quittin' in a badass way. One day at a time. I remember being where you are and trust me, one day at a time adds up quickly. That 18 month old is going to be 5 in no time and then 15. The important thing all the way around though, is that you aren't just a quitter, you are a man of honor and integrity...and that's gold. Give your word, keep your word. You can't teach things much better than that. Keep rockin' this quit Justin and beat nic like an asian on a united flight. :)

Nice intro Justin. Similar story here. I was sick and tired of carrying around the baggage that came with that little can. And so so glad to be free of it. And those little guys? They're always watching and imitating aren't they?

Stay Quit Justin!
Proud to Quit with you today!
Just one and you will be back where you started.
And where you started was desperately wishing
you were where you are right now.

Hello all my name it Justin J and 72 days ago I decided I didn't need a little plastic can controlling me anymore so I came here....I work at a local farmers co-op as an applicator spraying and spreading chemicals on corn and soybeans...I am married and have two boys...12 and 18 months....Why do I want to quit...Well first and foremost for my self...But my 12 year old already had to watch me spit that shit all the time...I am not going to make another one watch that nasty shit.... Carrying the bottles of spit around the house.... Fucking disgusting.... Obviously most people that are near and dear don't like to see it either..

Is that all...No....I have quite a full family history of health problems....I am on high blood pressure meds already at 36 and cholesterol pills....I decided it was time to make a healthy choice for myself so here I am....
