Smiffy, honor your word daily that you will quit for that day and you can get through this. Each day is one more baby step to beating the addiction that we all have. Be strong and own your Quit!!!

I had a hard ti,e with posting roll to, it's pretty easy, just cut and paste. Follow the directions and you will be good! I will quit with you! Read this site! It will help, it is helping me out tremendously!

Click on quit groups and then click on August - there you will find your personal bandd of brothers.

thanks for the help butnow how do i sighn up for my quit group or do i even have to sighn up for it? and wher do i got to post my roll call? do i do it at my quit group and also whats my quit page????

Hi my name is Kegean i had been promising my wife that i would quit for years and have never kept that promise today is the day that i keep that promise for her and for myself. I wanna do this for me, us and our future together. I love her so much and am so sorry it has taken me this long. I knw its going to suck big time. I took my last Dip out five min ago. and dumped what was left in the can into the toilet.

i Need help navigating the site i found out how to post roll call in the help area but don't know wher to post it. it says to go to my quit page and then to my quit group but i dont knw wher or what eather of those are if someone could please help
