That makes today your day 3 JG. That's a hell of a start. Conventional wisdom says that after day 3, the nicotine is out of your bloodstream and the mental battle ensues.
You may might be feeling like you can't concentrate on anything, speech doesn't come quite naturally, you probably have a headache, and you can't figure out for the life of you why you want to tear everybody's head off. Sound about right? This is the fog. I promise this passes. Stick with it, post roll with your quit group here:
January 2016. This is your promise that you will not use nicotine in any form today.
Every day when you wake up, come in here and post that promise. Keep that promise and repeat the next day. This is going to take some fortitude, but if we can do it, you can too. It won't always be easy, but it is possible. We're here to walk with you on the journey, but only you can quit for you.
