Day 1 is tomorrow. Been a chewer most of my life having stopped a few times along the way. How do I join a quit group?

Joining is simple...

Step one... Take the chew out of your mouth... toss any remaining chew away (flushing works very well)...

Step two... Click on the April 2012 group and post roll with Day 1.

Step three... Keep your word... don't consume ANY nicotine (around here we go cold turkey).

The next day repeat steps 2 and 3 (only that will be day 2... and so forth).

We also quit one day at a time. Posting roll, you give your word that you will NOT consume nicotine that day. Are you a man of your word?

I am a member of the december quit group (day 109). You have a tough but rewarding road ahead of you. I chewed cope for 20 years before I took control of my life and quit. Be assured that it will get easier as you go, myself I stayed away from the fake chew and stuck to gum but that may not be best for you. Posting roll ea day is what kept me from starting again or having that "just one" , I wish you the best with your quit for it is worth it.

It's a horrible and addictive habit. It's time to take control of my own life.
