Congrats on a great choice, Mike. 7 Days is huge, but it won't mean shit unless you stay strong and stay quit. That's what we're for...you take the first step, we help with the rest.

Posting roll is the key. If you can't figure out how to do it, just ask for help right here and someone will be in touch. Great job, brother!

Mike congratulation on your decision to be free and well done on your post! 7 days alone is great. Several things I suggest: 1. Your name on roll is a promise (rather you put it there or ask one of your contacts to do it). 2. Quitting sucks! Embrace the suck, never forget it! 3. We are ADDICTS! Our nicotine use isn't a habit. 4. Mike there are 100's of quitters here ready to lend a hand, reach out get #'s accept help, and as your quit becomes stronger pay that help forward! I'd be glad to exchange #'s or if I can help with anything PM me.

No feel, just do. One day at a time. All we ask is that you quit today. 100 days is just the start, think of it as a period of re-programming your system.

As was said by the buffalo,

Go to the Welcome center.

Simple process really.

1. Give your word
2. Honor your word
3. Repeat daily

It's just like washing your ass after a rough night of sex. Oh, sorry, thought I was talking to Crockett

Hello-My name is Mike and after 25+ years of dipping KODIAK-I gave it up last wednesday night. In fact my last chew was from 1700-1800hrs and its been cold turkey since 1800 on the 29 of August. No patch, gum, lozenge, chantix, cigar or cigs...most vivid to me is no Kodiak.
I want to get involved with this site and be part of the 100 days effort. I feel that I can quit this time and want to. Between the bad breath and midnight ninja dips-hiding spitters from my son-not kissing my incredible wife cuz I have a dip in...and really- I am just tired of dipping. I want out.
Recently I got married on Key West-while going through wedding photos I had a dip in in most of them-WTF? What a way to start a new life together....husband, wife and dip can....PEACE
Thanks for listening.
