Welcome aboard D. Im from OH as well. But.... alort older than you. Hopefully you are true to your word- and keep this quit rolling. Manif I were only as smart as you and quit when i was your age I would have had 20+ years of dip free life.

Get yourself over to the March 2017 quit group, post roll. FOllow the instructions, its easy. DOnt worry if you screw it up, you'll understand it after a bit.

Get to know those people, exchange digits with them. YOU CAN DO THIS. KTC is the catalyst here, posting roll is what solidified my quit... this time. I quit hundreds of times, but posting daily roll call is what is making the difference.

Im not cured. I'll always be an addict, but as you'll hear on this site, I'm no longer a slave to the can.

Stop back here often and let us know how you are doing. If you need anything hit me up on a PM (Upper right hand corner)

Read all you can here, drink water, seeds, fake chew -- whatever keeps you clean. Its going to be a tough few weeks. Let everyone know what you are doing so they will cut you a little more slack.

I found some pictures of mouth cancer by tobacco, printed it out and keep it in my wallet to this day. 485 days later.

Make sure you have dumped all your cans, all your stash, etc.. dump it! Good luck man, get over to March 2017
Hey Check your messages PM Inbox
Good advice there ^^^
This site works if you work the plan. Post roll daily and do whatever it takes to keep your word and stay nicotine free all day. All the tools you need are here at KTC. Read everything and fight for your life.
