Hello I am a new quitter and I look forward to meeting everyone in the group. I am in a new relationship and she is very supportive of me quitting. I know I am going to need the support from here I have been on the can since I was 13 am now 50. I was using 2 cans a day up till now. And am ready for this quit.
Here's another great example of a sleepquiter. I wonder how many KTC quiters he met in this little dream he was so excited about?

Evil said it best...you are not alone. Take a look at all of the quit groups; each and every person you see listed beats back their addiction every day by posting roll. Use the knowledge that all of the people in March 2013 are going through the same symptoms of withdrawl and can commiserate with you.

I was 1.5 cans a day and sometimes more. I can tell you that YOU CAN DO THIS. It doesn't seem possible the first couple of days, but fight through it and you can win. It gets better. I promise.

Welcome. You are in a good place. I saw that you found the March 2013 group and posted a sentence there, but you need to learn to "Post Roll" there each and every day.

Click Here to Learn How to Post Roll

Posting Roll is your promise to not use nicotine in any way, shape, or form for today. Repeat this step tomorrow.

If you haven't figured it out yet, we quit for one day at a time here. We quit cold turkey too, no patches, nic gum, cigars, or cigarettes. Make your daily pledge to not use nic in any form today.

So, get ready for a few days of hell. Stock up on seeds, gum, candy, toothpicks, whatever you need to keep dip out of your face. Drink a ton of water and read everything in the forums.

You are not alone.
