So simple if you honor your word.

Goes like this: Wake up, post roll, abide by your word, repeat next day.

QLAFM (Quit Like A Fucking Madman) with you today.

Grizzly tastes like shit so it should be easy! Just kidding man..I'm new here too, and I've been quitting every day since Sunday and just wanted to say welcome..alot of people on these boards have helped me with their words whether it be encouragment or harassment. All forms of support are welcomed and appreciated!

What's helped me out the most is posting roll everyday and having genuine people supporting me and holding me accountable every day...and staying busy...think that starting back is not an option because it's never gonna be safe..never are you gonna sit there at 29 years old and be able to picture yourself at 60 still dipping..and be ok with it...that's for the motherfucking birds right? Post roll and quit each day..I'll be looking for you in the a.m.

Glad you are here. If you need any help, feel free to give me a PM. Other than that post every day and read, read, read. These two items are the foundation of success. One day at a time...

I am quitting because it is not healthy, I am tired of relying on tobacco and ready to quit. I am super healthy person and dipping is not the way and I need to quit before it kills me.
Nice. Now remember what you wrote there. In fact, print it out and tape it to your bathroom mirror. Make it your motivating factor to coming back here, EVERY SINGLE DAY, to post roll and keep your promise.

Those who post roll, stay quit.
Those who don't, well we don't know.

So it has been years in the making and finally I am ready to quit.  With getting married in October and a little on one the way, I am over it and ready to quit.  I am 29 years old and have dipped on and off for about 7 years and today is the day to quit wasting my money and most importantly my time on Earth with the Grizzly.  Thanks in advance for the help along the quitting path.
Barnes,

I'm curious....would you mind expanding on the reason why you are quitting?
Good point, wedge. Barnes, I'll help you out. You're quitting for you, bro. Not your wife, child, etc. They benefit a great deal, but you gotta quit for you because you know it's what you have to do and cause you want to be there for them.
