BeeG, Welcome aboard! But I have to tell you your going to have some hell to pay before the fog begins. But it's worth it in the long run. I dipped for 29 years and today I'll be quit for 58 days. Read all you can post if you have questions find a replacement for your dip IE gum, seeds, shreded beef jerky. You get the picture. Go find your quit group post roll call and enjoy the ride it will be bumpy at first but the people hear will back you up. Keep the Quit!

yep, i'm 20, been dipping since i was 14, like a can a day and been trying to quit for about 2 years, and i'm officially done, just poured out 4 cans of skoal and ready for the fog....
