After a day of rest we are greasing up this mega machine, topping it off with fuel and steaming over to Houston Texas to pick up the newest Hall of Famer on KTC JKane01. This married father of 3 (Two boys and a girl) started dipping at the age of 28. JKane01 decided to quit because “The shit was stealing time away from my kids”. Amen brother.. Great reason to be quit, and look at you now. 100 days quit.

When JKane01 isn’t doing business development for Oil and Gas you can probably catch him out on the golf course working on his short game. I bet that bag feels a lot better without 1.2 ounces of crap in it! His words of wisdom he wants to share are “Never think you can have just one dip and still be quit. That derailed my first quit after 2 months.”

JKane01 admits that from time to time he will drink too much beer, maybe he will tonight with us in the lounge car on the HoF train.. Even if its not too much lets raise one right now and give a toast to JKane01.. Congrats buddy.

hey JKane01,

Good to see you posting roll!!!!!!!!!
the first few daze are a real bear, don't despair, we all come through it alive....a little messed up, pissed off, angry, confused even depressed, but we make it through the nictotine leaving the body.
Make sure you're drinking lots of water and doing whatever you have to do to "not" put the poison in your mouth.
After the nic is out of your system then the WAR begins....the rewiring, the fog, the fun stuff!!!
If you do this for YOU then you can DO this!
Read all you can, gather your tools of Quit early every a.m.
Fight the fight, stay busy, eat what you want, take care of your teeth (now that there isn't any crap in your mouth), be happy knowing that it will get BETTER!
Proud to be quit with YOU!!!!!! Rock ON! To hell with nicotine! 'Finger'
Keeping my jaw and tongue...I like them.
It's poison I tell ya, You wouldn't drink Liquid Drano, would ya?
