My poison was Cope Snuff for a can a day for the past 26 years. I am here because I want to stop this BS for good. I stopped on my Birthday Nov 16 and hopefully it will be the best present I ever get. I have no delusions that this is going to be easy, but one day at a time will get it there. So far on day 2 and this sucks
Stay Strong, it gets easier
I am in competition with no one.I seek only to be better tomorrow than I was today

Success is never owned. It is rented and the rent is due each day

Best decision of your life bro.  Glad you're here.  Got some information in my signature.  Educate yourself.  Knowledge is cheap, ignorance is terribly expensive.
Great job posting roll.  Keep it up.  One Day At A Time. You can do this.

Welcome driftingdeath! You made the best decision of your life! You're going to get through the rough first few days and start feeling better, I can promise you it definitely does get better. You will be in the February Quit group. Head on over and make that day 1 promise to be nicotine free. That's all you have to do...just promise for one day at a time and before long you'll have a ton of days behind you.

Croak- day 145 and I quit with you today! ODAAT (One Day At A Time)

Find your February Quit Group under the pre-HOF heading. Learn to post roll. That’s our secret to staying quit. Post roll early every morning.
