Whit I'm in your quit group and new to the site as well. Best suggestion I can make thus far is to read up on the welcome threads, it'll give you the ditty on how the process works on here. I can relate to your feelings, this community seems to be perfect for someone needing structure and accountability (like me!). Hope to see you daily on the roll call. Feel free to PM if I can help.

Thanx everyone! I will do my best to update as I go. I have been using some form of tobacco since I was 12 with some breaks but not too much. While I was in the army I used both chew and smokes. Although I love being active I have a very addictive personality. I will need the support. it will take some time to learn how this site works.

Post roll in the February '17 group here. Get engaged in the community. Soon you will be through this part, and your energy will start coming back. It doesn't happen overnight, though. There are guys in the Feb group going through exactly what you are. We've all been there before. Get through this, and stay quit, and you'll never have to repeat it again.
