Hello, I'm a 22 year tobacco abuser. Although my degree of addiction has varied over the years I've always been held within it's grasp. As of late the addiction has become something I no longer have tolerance or time for in my life. The physical and emotional fatigue of tobacco has taken it's toll and I've committed myself to quitting. A friend of mine recommended this site to me as it worked for him almost 5 years ago.

I'm a 41 year old male that began chewing at the age of 19. A majority of my friends chewed making it socially acceptable for a solid decade of my life. Around the age of 30 I realized that it had rooted itself in my daily life, morphing itself into my identity. Around the age of 35 I began to reconstruct my physical life rebuilding my body and mind through exercise and diet. The constant through those 6 years of transformation was my addiction to nicotine. Alternative routes to quitting have only led back to "the can". I'm committing myself to this site and the "cold turkey" way until I've defeated this giant tumor that has driven itself into my being.

I'm here to help others and myself defeat this drug that has taken over our lives. Cya in the quit room!

Dustin

Congrats on the best decision of your life Gaz! The first few days suck so grab your seeds, gum, candy, fake and drink all the water you can handle, it helps. Read as much as you can on this site, it can save your life. Post roll every morning as soon as you get up. Wake up /piss /post, that is the system here. Congrats again if you ever need anything shoot me a pm.
