How's it going today?
Some of my fondest and clearest memories are peeing in places that aren't bathrooms.

Good afternoon Today is my first day of forever to be free from dip. I have read a lot of your posts and studied hard on here and online and truly believe this will be my support line and hope to be able some day to help a fellow quitter kick the can.
Welcome, and congratulations on making the best decision of your life - quitting nicotine. Let's get you posted on roll. For starters, posting roll means you are making a promise to yourself and everyone else here that you will not use nicotine in any form today. We quit one day at a time here. Forever is an abstraction. It doesn't exist. All we have is our word and today. Pretty simple, right? Right.

Since today is Day 1 for you, you are in the August 2015 quit group: topic/11112756/55/#new

The instructions for posting roll are included with every post, but I will include them here for reference:

Instructions for posting roll:
1. Quote the LATEST roll post.
2. Left click the bottom box.
3. Ctrl + A
4. Ctrl + X
5. Left click in the top box.
6. Ctrl +V
7. Add your name and number of days to the BOTTOM of the Bad-Ass Quitters section.

Don't worry if you don't get it right the first few times. It's an admittedly awkward process at first, and the oncoming fog you will be experiencing won't help things very much. Just remember that the most IMPORTANT thing is to make sure you post roll FIRST THING. Every single day. Wake up, piss, post roll. Simple.
