Proverbs 18:2

"A fool takes no pleasure in understanding, but only in expressing his opinion."

A Quit Plan: Do you have one?

CLOSE THE DOOR. In my opinion, it?s the single most important step in your final quit. There is one moment, THE moment, when you finally let go and surrender to the quit.
After that moment, no temptation will be great enough, no lie persuasive enough to make you commit suicide by using tobacco. SportDad 1/13/05

Warm summer sun, shine kindly here;
Warm southern wind, blow softly here;
Green sod above, lie light, lie light.-
Good-night, dear heart, good-night.

Be silly, be honest, be kind

Hello, My name is James. Quitting the dip is the hardest thing I have ever tried to do. I have been dipping 2 cans a day now for over 20 years. I have been dipping for 41 years. This is my third time to try to quit. The first time my mother passed away.(talk about stress) The second time my wife left me. Now as long as my dog stays by my side I can make it. I am at my 3 day cold turkey mark. I feel like I have been pulled through a keyhole backwards. But this time i am staying quit. With the help of this site I will make it through. If I can do it anyone can. Good luck and keep the quit......
