I'm glad you've chosen to keep your face and teeth. Good choice! ! You've only been addicted for five years so it's not that long. That's good that you've decided so quickly. I hope you're posting roll and following our program. It works, but only if you stick to it.

Today is my second day of quitting after about 5 years, about two cans a week.

Over the past year I have slowed down.

IÂ’ve slowed down with chew over the past year.

The less I do the more I find the back of my throat feels swollen and my tongue gets really white (I can scrape off the white and it leaves my tongue really red) and spitting a lot of flam

I found that swishing coconut oil in my mouth three times a day for 20 mins is helping getting the white off.

IÂ’ve decide IÂ’m done with chew completely
jcurrie,
Welcome and great decision to quit chew.
Read the welcome center, figure out how to post roll and there is also information about what to expect when quitting.
Salt water works well too. After a couple weeks make an appt with your dentist to get checked out.
But what happens when your mouth begins to feel better? maybe just one more chew, or one more can?
Post roll daily and keep your tongue!
You can try quitting or chemo I have done both I prefer quitting. I will not lie quitting will suck ass but embrace it never forget the pain and agony you are going through. Never give up live each day!
