Quit January 2nd. Meant to quit January 1, but had a can that I forgot about. Quitting seemed easy for the first few days. Side effects such as lightheadednss, restless legs, anxiety, and depression kicked in early last week. I have been on the phone constantly with ER nurses and doctors giving them my symptoms. Just not myself anymore. Hoping to get through this fog ASAP.
congrats on your quit! all sorts of symptoms will pop up. most are normal signs of healing. here is a list of some of the more common symptoms: http://www.killthecan.org/your-quit/sym ... -dip-chew/

drink lots of water, exercise, stay active here and in your quit group. it will get better.
