Welcome to your quit. I made the attempt several times over a 29 year period. The problem was I never had the support, the resources, or the knowledge that I was an addict. I found KTC and am now quit for 931 days. Embrace your quit. Own it. And know you can never have another pinch of shit again. You don't want one anyway.

Congratulation's on Quitting. First thing you need to do is, GO POST ROLL and show us you are serious about quitting. Post roll early every single day and make that promise not to use.

Sage advice from some quitters. If you want to quit post roll with us. I have been doing it. Works like a charm!

Welcome Captain,

Video on how to post roll

Posting roll is an important part of how we quit around here. Every day, as early as you can.

Get to know your fellow quitters in March, they are a damn good group.

Check your inbox, you have mail.

Day 1 for me
« on: December 14, 2012, 05:03:00 PM »
Hey everyone.... I started dipping at age 20 (or so)... I quit about 6 years ago and like an idiot started back... I thought I could have a "social dip" and it backfired....

So now, at age 39, I am ready to quit again... this time for good!

Thanks for this forum... I will need it big time!!
