On Day 3 of my quit, been reading on here for the past 2 days and decided to become a little more active because today was a hard day.

I started dipping at the age of 14.  Here I am 11 years later at 25 desperate for my life to change.
Welcome aboard Str8hank!

wish I would have had your senses back when I was 25! Day 3 and 4 are pretty tough - time to get involved with this group and let it all hang out -- so to speak. :) we will give you all the support we can -- depend on those who are in the April kick ass support group -- they are the ones who have been in the trenches before us. the rest of us in april are just newbies ourselves (well there are a few who caved to the bitch and are back like newbies) but together we can get through this!

Remember - not forever - just for today, just for the moment - I am gonna kick this nic bitches ass right out of my life - no matter what it takes!

Go to the beginning of the april posts (something like 100 pages back) - and read em all -- click on the highlighted lnks some of them leave on their posts. go to the home page and read every thing there, go down to the bottom and list your start date and expense chart -- it will keep a running tab for you. It all helps!!! And then there is the friends you will make that are gonna help you keep your word!

See you at roll call! every day !
