There's plenty of people on this forum and plenty of tools and resources that will make your quit a little easier, I would suggest gathering as many numbers as you can and allow tthese men and woman to stay on your ass everyday.

Build your army because the nic bitch doesn't show any mercy and will try and drag you down any chance she can.

I started dipping casually my freshman year in college and didn't think it was a big deal or that I would get addicted to it! Three years later here I am packing at least a tin a day. I threw away the last of my tin last night and began my journey this morning. I have tried in the past to stop and have been able to go about a month before a slip back into this vicious addiction. This time I am ready to go the distance and remove dip from my life forever!!
