Just realized we have this introduction area.  Anyway, I got through day 4.  For some reason this was the hardest day.  Real strong cravings.  Thinking about dip every second.  Can't seem to get my mind off it.  I've kinda put everything into slow motion and am trying to observe my surroundings and take everything in.  I'm putting no expectations on myself other than to QUIT.  I'm allowing myself to eat poorly and slack a bit at work.            I find myself reflecting on my life and all the decisions I have made, not just dipping.  i wish i would have made better decisions when i was younger.
Hang in there. You clear this, you get stronger. You are doing great. You need motivation to stay quit, read on this site. Read the contract, read the story. Don't let that nic bitch back. She will fight to stay in control of your head.

Exercise helps to burn off the feelings, try walking, jogging, sex....

Get fake stuff, it has helped me at times.

Proud of you for venting here, stay quit. Use this section to dump your thoughts, feelings, reflections... That will help you now, and others in the future.

Quit on, Quit Strong

Rob
Now is the time when you find out how bad you want to quit. You're on day 4 which means that the nic is out of your system. Now its all mental from here on out.

When I first quit I told myself that I will stay quit and that I will endure whatever punishment is thrown at me to ensure that I do. Now you must do the same. But it will get better. We are all proof of that. So hang on cause you're going to be in for a kick ass ride!
Quit with extreme prejudice...
My orders say I'm not supposed to know where I'm taking this quit, so I don't! But one look at you and I know its gonna be hot!
