I feel a "FUCK YEAH" come up everytime I get on here.
It never gets old being quit, from day 1 to Day 97 to day 10,000, you help me as much as I help you bro. Stay strong.
Some of my fondest and clearest memories are peeing in places that aren't bathrooms.

No worries, you stay quit is all that matters here. I think I messed it up even more before I fixed it, so blame me!
No worries scottier, you have the excuse of being foggy, and high potential to get it right eventually (judging potential tech ability based on age). Thumb's excuse of being old balls leaves no room for hope...

Honestly though, the only way to fuck up roll is by not being on it.
You are most definitely NOT alone Scottier! That's the magic of this place. A bunch of dumb fucks helping each other kill the can. Make some friends, settle in. Read A lot. And most importantly.....Post Roll EVERYDAY and STAY QUIT! Welcome Brother.

Seeds, gum, fake stuff, candy, fireballs, whatever in the hell it takes to keep that poison out of your mouth. I used hooch, (smokey mountain is good too, so is grinds (gotta like coffee)) to get me through some tough times and still have some fake stuff around in my quit toolbox.

Drink a shit load of water. It helps with cravings and you're body will need the extra moisture. Read read read, and read some more on this site. I quit with you today.

Well, welcome in bro.
You will be in the October quit group. If you haven't... Get in the welcome center and learn what a quit group is all about ~ learn what/why/how to post roll with that group. Everything you need is here man. This is the best decision you will ever make. Stick with the plan... It works!
Well, it’s one louder, isn’t it? It’s not ten.

Im so friggin glad I found this.

Im 23 and have been dipping almost a can of skoal wintergreen pouches a day for the past 2 years, before that it was camel snuss frost flavor. I started when I was 18, and it has progressed to where I am now. I used to use snuss in class in college and then Id switch to skoal when I was out fishing or not in public. Id maybe use a can a week in college now I think driving is my trigger. I drive all day for work doing property inspections and theres nothing I love and hate more then having a lip in while driving.

I threw the last can I bought today out the window before opening it, while reading posts on this forum. I've tried to quit maybe 5 or 6 times but I'd go a day, maybe a month, and then right back at it with out skipping a beat. I have a great life and want to stop adding to the likely hood of disfigurement or death. All this for what? A buzz?.

Today I'm quitting. I am not taking this lightly. Today is the last day I will have a tobacco dip pouch in my mouth.( I am ordering some of the fake stuff though, the physical act is the hardest for me to shake driving alone for long hours).

This forum seems like an awesome network with so much support I really am thankful it exists.

Here's to day 1!
