Getting into a quit group is critical. You're obviously having some pretty strong physical reactions to your quit. I didn't, but with all the quitters and supporters in July, there's bound to be someone who has. When you connect with the members and supporters in your group, you're putting yourself in touch with a lot of experience - and a lot of different experiences - that can help you understand what you're going through.
