Welcome Trey, I am by no means an expert. I have been quit of 5 days and am proud of myself. But let me tell you I never thought I could last 24 hours with out my precious dip, but I did and the next thing I know it was 48 hours and so on. And without any senior members having to keep me inline. I can't explain it, it just works. Atleast for me anyway.
It works because you're a man of your word.

Welcome Trey!

As Husker said, we do not try here... we DO.

Make the decision to become a Do'er, you have to be 100% sure your a Do'er. Not even .001% try.

Once you make that decision the rest will follow along. It will be tough.

There are hundreds of people here who have gone through it and are still quit. You gonna be one?

My name is Trey and I am another newbie to this wonderful site. Before discovering KTC, I had been doing between 1-2 cans/day for the last 8 years. Never seemed like a problem until my doctor starts blamin' the nicotine for just about everything. 3 months ago, i wound up in the hospital with A-Fib and decided ENOUGH IS ENOUGH! Some shitty ole worm dirt isn't worth my life!! So here I am boys, Day 2 of my quit and not a chance in the world of ever lookin back!!
