Way to go man it's cool what you're doing (and HARD, as I'm finding out). Don't go back there's enough support on this site to keep you clean during the hard times. The brain ain't made to mess with this nicotine crap and it's actually insecticide shit that the tobacco plant uses to keep beatles from eating the leaves, they die from brain overload. I say that and for some reason I was duped too but have been clean now for 4 days and you can definitely do it. Keep us posted.

Congrats on kicking the can to the curb. It's the best decision that you could ever make. Listen to what all the guys and gals here tell ya. Reach out to your brothers and sisters and get yourself some numbers. Their are thousands of quitters on here that would drop anything to help you out. If you haven't already, get over to the August 13 quit group and post roll. If you need a number or anything at all just pm me.

Welcome Justin, listen to CBird, that is a bad ass quitter right there.

Get ready, your headed into the suck, you will be foggy you will have headaches, you may not sleep for shit, it's all part of the process of your body being rewired.

Be ready for this, have your seeds, gum, fake chew whatever you need to keep from falling to the feet of the nic bitch.

HYDRATE!!!!!!!! If you are not pissing every time you walk past a bathroom drink more. When the craves hit I hit the gym or walk or run or anything. Be ready and remember these feelings so you dont have to go through this again.

Get into your group and make friends and get numbers and become accountable. I quit with your bad ass today.

Good decision on kicking your nicotine habit to the curb. This site can help. We don't use words like try or hope as they are just another excuse for our addictive brains to tell us another lie. There are no short cuts, but here are some links that will help you navigate this site.

This a NO NICOTINE SITE, period, no discussion. Why this Site Works
