It doesn't matter if you're 14 or 41 or 114, you need to quit. And the sooner the better. Don't wait another minute ... spit it out, dump all you have left down the toilet. let me tell u something!!! ok ya ready?!?! i went day in and day out saying i needed to quit i would have a big heaping dip of grizz mint and say oka this is my last dip and then i am quit i am done! a day or two into my quit i would "cave" and crave it so so so bad and buy a new can and continue giving into and feeding my addicition! now i am 5 days into my quit and there is no way in hell i am putting that shit in my mouth again! do i miss it? yes i sure as hell do! i honestly enjoyed it! was it worth it? no NO i am young too man 19 almost 20 we are much too young to be dipping! u have to look at the big pic and down the road!!! kids? wife? ur health? ur family/friends? is a nice heaping dip of snoose more important than them?!?!?! and not to mention ur health!!!!! bottom line is you have to want it you have to really really want it!! and i am sure u have caved before! did it do u any good? did it really help? learn from caving bro! when ur addiction gets hungry are you going to feed it? you got to want it bro! i know what ur going through......................mustang!!!!!!
