I have been addicted to chewing tobacco for 19 years. Addicted to the nicotine. Addicted to the packing. Addicted to the oral habit. Addicted to the triggers. As of 2 days ago I will no longer let myself be addicted. It's going to be a rough and tough fight. But it's one I'm finally ready to not lose.

Day1 - didn't have many issues. Got really tired and slept a lot.

Day 2 - urges are there but I won't give into them. Irritable.
curious - Did I see your name on the roll for Jan13?????

Why Not?????

I had 23 years with the nic bitch, I stopped 98 days ago. Was the best decision I could make and it was the posting roll that helped.

Why? Well not only did I not want to let down the others in the group that I joined, but I am also a man of my word, and by posting I pledged that I would not use nicotene that day. Have done that for 98 days and will continue to do that.

So why don;t you???? Let me see your name in Jan 13 soon....
I have posted role all 3 days
Now you are talking (and typing).

Keep posting your word and I will stand right beside you. PM if you need.
Nice work.

After the "Dirty Trio" of three days clean, its all mental. And we got a whole bunch of mental geniuses around these parts. Use the tools in this battle.
