Glad to see you posted day 1 today. Now all you have to do is keep your promise NOT to use tobacco today. Get up tomorrow and post roll early and do it again. Each day you get up and post roll gets a little better. You have to want it bad in order to make this quit the last quit.

Day 1 again
« on: March 21, 2017, 04:23:00 PM »
Hey everyone, I have been dipping for about 6 years. It wasn't until very recently that I accepted that I was addicted. I always told myself it was just a habit that I could stop but never wanted. I realized that without my daily can of Cope that the days seemed longer and harder. It finally clicked that I had a problem. My gums are so worn that it's amazing that all my teeth are still in my mouth. I was putting off my new quit for so long, every day just saying "I'll quit tomorrow." It seemed like tomorrow would never come. I found KTC and immediately threw my can in the dumpster within ten minutes of reading the stories. That day I will finally quit is here. My countless attempts before had varying lengths but I could never stay quit. I don't want to lose any time with my soon to be wife, and I know tobacco will take me from her one day. I won't let her down, I won't let myself down, and I won't let anyone of you down.
