I used smokey mountain for the first couple of weeks religiously, and it seemed to help me out quite a bit. I heard that the hooch gives a little burn, similar to real dip, but the flavor isn't as good as smokey mountain. Personally, I like using seeds rather than the fake dip. The constant oral movements helped me to keep my mind off of the dip, and the fake shit just made me want a real chew, but I have heard a variety of mixed opinions.
I am only on day 24, but my biggest advice for you is stay as busy as you can, work out, don't sit around the house at any cost. Also my biggest weakness was being around people who dip (of course) so try your best to steer clear of chewers if possible. Good luck man and feel free to pm me.
