On day 14 for myself and it helps to know I have to post roll as soon as I wake up. I also keep little reminders posted on the fridge and in my lunchpail why I'm doing this. I also have a bucket I am saving all the money I would have spent on chew and going to treat myself to something I want in a couple months. Quitting is the greatest feeling every day. Stay quit. (:

Been using this shit for 15 years now, finally decided I have had enough. I have always told myself and my family that I could quit whenever I wanted to. Well I am here to tell you that it is not nearly as easy as I thought it would be. I am in day 5 now and am not going to cave just wandering around the Internet and stumbled upon this site. Give me the encouragement I need to win this war!! I don't want my 2 and 4 year old kids to be disappointed in me. Leed me in the tight direction guys, what I have already read on this site is inspiring!!
