I just had to save this post from TCOPE in another forum.

This is the best response to someone caving that I've ever read in my 400+ days on this site. I saved it and think it is appropriate today as this new group is getting started. Caving is not acceptable.

Think about this if any more of you out there are thinking this shit ain't serious and you can "try" to quit.

______________________________________________________________
Thanks for your honesty about caving.

If you put that shit into your boy-sized cakehole again you deserve to scream as the oncologist slices your cancer-infected tongue out. You weak selfish son of a fucking rat, I'm not two weeks into my quit and someone from MY quit group sells his soul for few moments of poisoned pleasure.

You might as well stand on the wedding altar to commit your life to your new bride, then at the reception lick some man's dirty anus. Same smell, same taste, same egregious violation of a new committment.

Here I am trying to get through my day with a desperate desire to chew, and the only thing that keeps me going is the commitment I made this morning to spend today quit.

Then to get some encouragement before one of my triggers I hop online to KTC and read that my new brother fucking caved like a slithering little backstabbing bitch. So I have to either sit here and FUME at your miserable existence OR worse become tempted to be just like you and cave as well, because it apparently isn't that big of a deal to cave and restart in the first month of a quit. You see what that fucking does to me you ass tosser?

I just read this morning after my post about Tom Kern not being able to watch his SON play little league because Tom loved to chew too much, and instead died a miserable painful early death that forever crushed his family. If there's anything redeeming in your soul you will regret this terrible day and put it forever behind you, never to return. Do not choose the dirt over your family and me ever again.

I forgive you now. Go and post your roll and be quit like a man you are so no one you love has to be at your funeral while me and the other quitters in here pissing on your nicotine addicted grave because you were too much of a bitch to be quit. You're better than that and you know it.

Plus there's people out there to be saved and you have to help us.

Hi folks, I'm a 44 year old father of 4 who has been dipping for 30 years.  After finding this site and reading all the material for about 5 hours yesterday, I am quit at 5pm yesterday.  With your help, this quit will be final.
Welcome to the site. Head on over to the quit groups tab and look for PRE HOF May2010. This will be your quit group. Post roll everyday stating you not going to dip for that day. Keep your word, rinse and repeat the next day! Welcome to the Suck!
Sounds kinda familiar.....i turn 44 in 2 weeks, 2 kids, dipped cope pretty much all day/everyday......and like you i am quit for today.....just like i have the 755 days before this one.
